4/3/2018 Etch primed the parts that were blasted last week.
Rolled the chassis out of the garage and started blasting it. Click on the picture to watch a drone video of the blasting.

4/4/2018 The blasting of the 190sl is finished.
The following are some pictures of the car after we wiped a protective coating on the steel, to prevent rusting. Some time next week I'll prime the car with an etching primer. The area of the floor that looks rusty is going to be replaced with new sheet metal.
Blasting the trunk revealed many small holes in the floor. A company makes replacement floor for the trunk so it is either repair or replace. The right wheel well has a big patch that was pop riveted in. The patch actually looks nice, surprising based on all the other work previous people had done. So I may just remove the rivets and weld it in place properly.
