The place came fully furnished

We've already talked to a contractor about raising the roof with a 7/12 pitch like the rest of the house.  Also about building a garage.  Double and twin beds.

1 bedroom with loft
1 bathroom

Lots of signs of beavers around the pond.  Couldn't find their house though.

King size bed.

Full size appliances which is nice for such a small place.
