Lynn gets her built-in ironing board.  I don't know how I went so long without one of these!
The sheetrock goes in.
Lynns parents came up for a visit.  It was a working visit for Gary.  He was a huge help.  Lynn was out for the day and we had to get the floor down and at least on cabinet in place before she got home.
More cabinets go in.
We build the corner pantry.
Gary hasn't come out of the closet yet.
The island goes in.  Bought the two-wheeler with stair rollers to help in getting the cabinets up from the garage.
Kitchen renovation (continued)

Another bundle of the ceiling bead board arrived yesterday.  Lynn and Dee stained them and here I am putting up the last row.
The range is moved into place and hitched up.  The new drawer microwave is put into the cabinet and wired.
The beverage center gets assembled.
The beverage center is almost done.  There are two cabinets that hang from the overhead wall.  I can't put them in until the wall gets finished.  The fridge is working though and is filled with drinks.
What it looked like.
3-14-2017  Got the glass front cabinets in over the beverage center.
3-15-2017  Lynn primed the walls and I gooped more sheetrock.  Granite guys are coming tomorrow to take measurements.
3-18-2017  Here is one of the six shelves going in the pantry.  The floor tile is on order and the granite should be done the first week of April.  They are going to rent a crane to lift the slabs onto the back deck.
3/24/2017  The pantry shelves and doors are in
The doors are standard Lowes Bi-fold doors.  I changed them to hinge on the sides and painted them thr same color as the cabinets.  Then we glazed them.
Here it is so far.  The stools came in the other day.  They are a little too tall so I may end up cutting the feet off, shortening them a few inches then welding the feet back on.
